Published by the University of Nottingham (UK). This site is a "continually updated collection of peer-reviewed academic development resources...[ranging from] "2-5 minute videos [to] 500-1000 word texts...." There are a variety of entry points to access the materials, ranging from discipline areas (on this page) to themes (see Teaching & Learning themes at the top). I also like the Guest editor block (this page, lower left), where a faculty member writes a brief editorial and selects resources of interest.

PressBooks, which will be available both to commercial publishers and to the general public, uses WordPress as a CMS/platform on which to put a book together. The output can be a printed book, an e-book, or a podcast. This page provides an intro to the podcast, including the major themes of the approach (and the time-stamps for each).

An interesting idea, particularly for self-publishing.

Similar to Wordle, this tool also enables users to create tag clouds. However, on this site, your tag clouds can take on forms (including apple, dove, heart, and star). You can also apply fonts and themes.

A series of online forums sponsored by UNESCO to look at issues surrounding OER, particularly re-use of OER materials. Scheduled themes of discussions are: 23 - 29 September 2010: Taking OER beyond the OER Community: Policy and Capacity; 20 - 26 October 2010: What works, what does not and under what conditions?; 10 - 16 November 2010: Copyright and the development and re-use of OER. The current issue, Vol 34, #3, 2011 looks at the theme of collaboration, with articles ranging from a look at online collaborative experiences, to digital publishing and collaboration, to an opinion piece titled From Us vs. Them to We: Collaborating for Change.

I have not yet read this issue, but many articles appear to be of interest.
