"Record everything. By integrating traditional text notes with audio, video, and slides, Pear Note ensures that you never miss a thing.
Pear Note records audio and/or video while you take your notes, so later you can find what was being said when you typed something. You can play back an entire recording, or jump straight to the point you need. Watch this short video to get the full picture."
"Jam With Chrome is a fun new Google web tool. On Jam With Chrome (only works if you use the Chrome browser) you can play nineteen virtual instruments. Jams can have four musicians playing together in real-time over the web. It's an application that I had a bit of fun playing with this evening. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a native recording application built into Jam With Chrome. You could use a screencasting tool like Jing or Screenr to record your jam session.

In the first two weeks of school in Term 3, the Life Education Caravan visited Pt England School. Harold was the main character that interacted with the students. The students were learning about healthy living and lifestyle. Room 5 were there too. This Voice thread had recorded some of the things that the children had learned. The sentences that were recorded had come straight from their writing books. Please enjoy!
ScreenRecorder
Author: boopyman // Category: Apps
ScreenRecorder is a very useful little utility that lets you take video captures of your screen. This app is almost a necessity whenever you need to make a video on your iPhone without the use of a computer. Some examples of what you might need this application for are making a tutorial, a demo, or just an explanatory video for a friend who needs some help on his device. You could even use this app as a "Notes" application, with the only difference being that instead of having to write everything down, you can just film it! As a plus, you can record your voice with a microphone and email the video for viewing on a computer!

"On Tuesday, Apple CEO Tim Cook declared that the adoption of the iPad by educational institutions was "unlike anything I've seen in technology." It's not just a cheaper iPad 2 that's driving record K-12 iPad sales, but Apple's total education apps package."
Digital storytelling tool - upload the photos, arrange the photo order and record your story based on the photo being viewed. This would be great to have students retell what happened on a field trip or create an oral creative writing story based on photos chosen by the student or teacher. Students could even create a book project over a novel or short story with this tool.
Cell phones have the capability to become the "Swiss army knife" for student research and organization. First, we explore using cell phones as data collection tools: audio recorders, digital cameras, and digital camcorders. Additionally, we consider how classroom projects can be developed for cell phones: creating ring tones, text messaging, mobile WebPages, and mobile surveys. Finally, we contemplate the future features of cell phones and how those features play a role in learning.
