Homicide in Sun Ridge, Toddler trick shot, girl found hiding under the bed, death of Frank Lautenburg, google nutrition. I think these stories are good, because there is a lot of variety of hard news that are important for the community to know, but also there are many stories that are kindove humerous and happy as well as new technological stuff that is cool to know

1.) My year without the internet
2.) 18 people shot at New Orleans Parade
3.)Carbon Dioxide passes Long feared milestone
4.) Amar'e Stuodemire returns to knicks playoff action
5.) Active Bears in New Jersey

My year without the internet seems interesting, and it brings teens attention for what it is like not using it. The New Orleans Parade incident is informative, and people need to know about this tragedy. Carbon Dioxide is informative, and also interesting in the sense that it tells us about how our enviroment is. Amare Stoudemire is an interesting story, because the knicks could use any help from a player they had some ambition in, also they lost game 2. Active Bears in New Jersey is very local because it happened on route 202, and that is just something people around here need to know.

BBC News - Thames airport 'should be rejected' - MPs report - 0 views

  •
This is news worthy because it is talking about a new airport, that Boris Johnson who is the mayor of London, that should be located in Thames Estuary which is on the east side of London. But many people find this to be a big issue, as it leads to all kinds of London's problems that the country don't want to have.

The first story that comes to mind for our first broadcast, is the bomb threat at Del Valle. Most teenagers know about how many times they have had to evacuate students out of that school on numerous occasions due to bomb threats, so it would most definitely attract teenagers here at Central because it's a school nearby and also informative in a way.
Another story I think is news worthy is the Obama speaking in Ohio. This would also be informative, but also something that most teenagers would find interesting due to wanting to know what he has to say, and also has historical value to it as well. Another story I like as well is the Pine Eagle Charter school shooting drill story. This would be most relevant to students here at Central because drills are a new add on for all most all school districts, and also to have the many students terrified, shows teenagers concern.
Another one that would be found most interesting is Chris Christie's story on the next phase of Hurricane Sandy Restoration. This would attract many teenagers because it gives students an update on what the shore will be like, since summer is coming up. Also the Bird Flu story is a good one as well. It is informative because it can be a serious threat on every human being on earth. The last story would be Mark Jackson getting fined 25,000 doallors. Even though the first round of the NBA playoffs have come to a complete end finally, this would be a good story for his career, as well as upcoming expectations for next years Golden State Warriors team. Most of these are pretty eventful, so photos are a common basic thing for the story's that inform the world, and are of a national story view. Audio and video too come with some of them as well.

2013 NBA playoffs -- Golden State Warriors coach Mark Jackson fined $25,000 - ESPN - 0 views

  •
Teenagers would find this interesting if they are nba basketball fans. Plus this is interesting, because Mark Jackson is a well known nba figure who was all time leader in scoring for many years, as well as an all star, and to see him coaching and getting fined during this heated play off battle can easily strike interest to sports fans at our school

N.J. Little League manager charged with hitting teen umpire | NJ.com - 0 views

  •
Why this would be interesting to teenagers is because there is some sort of form of violence involved, and teens find that to be entertaining and interesting. Plus it was a fight between a grown man, who is a manager for a little league team hitting a 17 year old umpire.
