I think that the stories we should cover this week should be:

I think that these stories are all very interesting and things that teens would be interested in. A lot of the stories are also very recent (happened over the weekend) so that's good!!

This is newsworthy because this virus is dangerous, and is spreading. Students should know about what may be the next worldwide epidemic. According to the article, it is "the greatest threat to world health today." and "To date, 27 of the 49 people who have caught the disease have perished, or 52%"

This is newsworthy because the disappearance of Amelia Earheart's plane is one of the biggest unsolved mysteries of all time and the fact that her plane's location may have been discovered is very important! I think that teens will find this interesting.

I think that the best stories are: the seatbelt story, the kindergartener ABC story, the google music subscription service, the boys lacrosse story, the duck story and the venezuela toilet paper story. We should also check back on monday because some stuff might happen over the weekend that would be good/better to report on this week!!!

This story is interesting because it is relevant because the office finale was last night and I know that a lot of people at HC watched this show while it was on the air.

I think that this story is good/relevant because the American Idol finale was just last night, so this is pretty recent. And I know a lot of people either watch this show or used to watch this show, so it would appeal to our audience.

I think that good stories to include would be: The 3D phone article, One of the stories about the girls in Cleveland, the story about the shooting in new orleans, the carbon dioxide story and the cat story.
I think that these are all very newsworthy stories. All of these things contain important information or are just interesting stories in general.

This is a good local story because it is about a local photography contest and two hunterdon central students placed very well, with one winning first place!

I think that this story is relevant to the local category because it is about one of the local scholarship funds. The article says which students received scholarships this year, and a few are Hunterdon Central students!

I think the five stories that we should include are: the Great Gatsby story, the Del Val bomb threat story, the vegetarian school lunch story, the hurricane sandy recovery story, and the science project that lead to expulsion and arrest story.
I think that all of these are interesting and will be relevant to the interests of many if not all students who see this broadcast on Friday. Gatsby is relevant to report on because there is a lot of hype for that movie, and a lot of people are going to see it after school on Friday. The Del Val story and Hurricane Sandy story are relevant because of location, also, since summer is coming up, a lot of people are probably interested in the current condition of the Jersey Shore. I think that the vegetarian school lunch story would be interesting because most of my friends are vegetarian and often bring lunch because they say that central doesn't have good vegetarian options. I think a lot of people will find the science project story interesting too.
Maybe we could do a story about the jewelry store armed robbery in Liberty Village? That just happened yesterday.

This is newsworthy because the change to the school's cafeteria menu is recent. I think this would be good for the news in 5 because most of my friends are vegetarian and they complain that Central doesn't have enough vegetarian options. I think that they would find this interesting.

I think that this would be newsworthy because it is about to happen and a lot of teenagers have either iPhones or other Apple app devices.
