OPSI guidance on info and knowledge transfer for Government changes - 0 views

  •
National Archives instructions for transferring data, information and knowledge resulting from 'Machinery of Government' changes. There is reference to XML schema guidance from 2008 from the National Archives http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/electronicrecords/advice/default.htm Whilst it implies that tacit knowledge transfer is important, there is no guidance or tools for this and relies on codification rather than knowledge sharing.
