You've heard the buzz word - curation - being thrown around like it's a gadget we all know how to work. In reality, good content curation isn't as simple as pushing a share button. It's actually a combination of finding great content and following some simple best practices on how to successfully share that content.

"As instructors, we are all information curators. How do you collect and share currently relevant content with your students? How do your students research and share information that they find with the rest of class? What tools do you use to manage or facilitate presentation of resources? Is it public? Can students access it at other times? In groups?"

Apart from organising people whom you are following into easy manageable twitter lists, you can also use list for "content curation"

Read long articles without the visual clutter. Alternative opinions provide perspective and context. Friends can read your favorite feeds in one click. Hide the topics you're not interested in.
