Hostgator Review

This the second time (within about a month) that my web site's SSL (AKA HTTPS) stops functioning, for now apparent reason.

unlimited ways to custiomise the functionality of each website (backend sql, mail, web) via cPanel and .htaccess without the need for a support ticket (so far) to change something or enable something..

Live chat support was good back when I first signed up. Now, they are not very knowledgeable. Most of the time, they need to contact the admin for help and then their favorite line is to tell you to submit trouble ticket which then take at least 5 hours for a response that asking for more information. Ticket support quality is deteriating also.

I have decided to leave HostGator and move to a JodoHost VPS.

I amost lost one of my domains, due mainly to me missing the renewal date by a fair margin. I would very much like to thank the crew at Host Gator for their superb service in helping me recover it and perhaps saving me a lot of money.

Hi all. I'm a new HostGator customer, however I have lots of expierience with their staff before.

After I left this hosting few months ago, suddenly my credit card was charged by Host Gator THREE FREAKING TIMES !
