    Paul Hami has an extensive and well annotated list of online resources - some downloadable, some online interactives, all free.  His focus is special ed, but ranges from low-incidence to high-incidence.  His blog is well organized, so you can just go there, click on the topic you are interested in, and find all sorts of resources.  His explanations and screen shots give you ample information to know whether the resource is suited to your needs before you click on it.
