The strategies that Ringham shares (welcome project, videos and audio interactions) sounds like a positive step towards achieving promotive interaction. I suppose next, in designing the online platform to also make students understand dependencies and what is expected from group versus individuals would help build the other 2 aspects of "co-operative learning" as well.
Comment: As we're talking about the Common Core Standards, this is a concept which aligns itself to the CCSS. I volunteered through a non-profit organization this summer to teach AVID classes concepts about the world of work, entrepreneurship and personal finances.
