NEWTON (CBS) - Good timing helped stop an armed robbery at a CVS in Newton. "Right place, right time" is how describes his visit to the CVS on Route 9 near Elliot Street on Friday morning. Trooper John MacKinnon stopped in to buy a bottle of water and wound up running into a man with a box-cutter who was robbing the pharmacy. "I stopped in to get a bottled water and honestly, I would have been on my way out if not for a young lady who stopped me and said there's a strange or suspicious man at the drug counter. So, I walked back in and there he was behind the drug counter," Trooper MacKinnon said.

Passengers donated bottles of drinking water to get their train working again after it broke down because of the heatwave.

PHA is asking people across the country to visit www.YouAreWhatYouDrink.org to get more information about the campaign. Anyone can use the logo and messages to encourage others to drink more water by Tweeting about it, Facebooking it, Instagraming it, and talking about it. The effort can be found across social media properties at @urH2O or via the hashtag #drinkH2O.

New data from the the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) and Beverage Marketing Corporation (BMC) show that in 2015 Americans' consumption of bottled water increased by 7.9 percent and bottled water sales are up 8.9 percent since the previous year. In fact, BMC now indicates that bottled water is poised to overtake carbonated soft drinks as America's largest beverage category by volume by 2017, if not by the end of 2016.
