Wegmans Food Markets is recalling 5,000 pounds of pine nuts sold in the bulk foods department of its stores in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and Maryland between July 1 and Oct. 18, citing possible salmonella contamination.

Many studies has been found that nuts has so many health benefit, such as helps prevent cardiovascular disease. This small foods not only tastes delicious but also highly nutritious. A handful of almonds, walnuts, pistachios, or peanuts won't make you fat. But avoid eating salty nuts that accompanied with cold beers.
