Why Relevant and Summary: This site gives a breakdown of the stages in reflective thinking. Along with the breakdown it gave clear examples of how someone in each of the different stages would react which helped me relate the stages to situations. This gave me a better understanding of each of the stages. It was helpful in writing my paper.
How This Influenced My Thinking: The examples that are given are short statements that provide excellent examples of what they described in each stage explanation.
