This article goes in depth about the implications of obesity, and what we as a community can do to prevent this disease. Obesity leads to Diabetes, and although sometimes it can be hereditary there are also ways in which we can keep a healthier lifestyle by choosing to stay active and eat healthier foods. How this influenced my Thinking: This influenced my thinking in the sense that I was able to see just how many different side effects there can come from diabetes. In many cases people have had to have limbs amputated, and worse many have died. Credibility of Source: This was a scholarly source off of the schools database.
