I like the simplicity of this image and the questions it raises.

When considering changing practice in the earlier phases we were essentially focusing on practice around development and release of OER, but the emphasis has now broadened to include practices around use, re-use and re-purposing.

A European initiative looking at issues of recognition and accreditation of OER in Higher Ed.

This project provided objective, ongoing evaluation and synthesis of the HEFCE funded pilot programme which was run in collaboration between the Higher Education Academy and JISC through three linked activities: A framework tool provided a strong foundation and common language for collating data from projects.

I like the look and feel of this more than some of the more traditional repositories, although perhaps it's a bit superficial. It's also using more 'Web 2.0' type apps and practices such as Twitter/Disqus/Youtube and the 'Following' options Online learning platform that makes teaching simpler and learning more effective for educators and organizations. Adapt web content and tools to fit learner needs.
