The court case over the redevelopment rights of a Pali Hill bungalow, where Dilip Kumar has been residence for many years, has weighing again on him. It is known that Samir Bhojwani dragged Dilip Kumar to court in 2010. She objected, claiming ownership of the plot. He said the bungalow property was leased to the actor for 999 years, but with the caveat that the lessee would not alter or demolish the structure without the owner's consent. The land, estimated to be worth Rs 150 crore, housed a two storey bungalow, where Dilip Kumar, lived since 1953.According to the friends and relatives of Dilip Kumar, the actor is constantly thinking about the bungalow these days. Currently, the 90-year-old star of Bollywood classics like Mughal-e-Azam, Ganga Jamuna, Shakti and Karma lives in the same locality but at his wife Saira Banu's house next to Sanjay Dutt's residence. A source close to Dilip and Saira Bano, “While we try to keep bad news from him, including the deaths of some of his old colleagues, there is one thing which we cannot bypass, the dispute over the bungalow. His questions on the bungalow under litigation had increased by the day.”The actor was hospitalised last month after a heart scare and the dispute, which is still in court, is having a telling effect on the thespian's health. “We don't rule out that this stress might have played a role in Dilip Kumar getting the heart attack in mid-September, which landed him in the ICU for 10 days. What is amusing to Dilip Kumar and his family is that Samir Bhojwani is very cordial to them and even sent flowers and gifts on Dilip saab's birthday. "Whenever we tell him that we ought to resolve this as Dilip Kumar's health is failing, he says, Haan kar denge. But no stone is moved by him thereafter,” added sources.Saira Banu, about the matter said, “The bungalow dispute is wearing down Yusuf saab. It has affected his health and it has now started to affect my health too.”

Earlier it was reported that the channel is not getting good TRPs from the show and now it is said that its actors are quitting the show.Puja Banerjee who portrays the role of Lord Parvati is said to have quit the show owning some health issues. Interestingly, Puja was featured in the show after replacing popular actress Sonarika Bhadoria. She played the character for four months only. But unlike Sonarika, who was shown the door citing some payment issues, the actress herself has decided to quit the show.According to the close sources of the actress it is get to know that Puja couldn’t manage to overcome from her health issues and dedicate her time to the show. “Puja has been complaining about health issues for some time. The schedule is physically exhausting for her. She conveyed the problem to the production house and they released her. Her notice period ends in January, next year. The channel tried its best to convince her, but in vain,” sources said.Now, the team of Devon Ke Dev Mahadev is looking for the replacement of Puja Banerjee. Hollywood actress Chloe Moretz is very happy with the way her life is going at the moment and says that she may turn rebellious in future, but for now she is in a happy phase. Mortetz, 17, believes in healthy living and she has strong determination that she will not fall foul of the pitfalls of fame."No, not now! Maybe later, who knows? But for now, I`m so happy with my life that I don`t need to be rebellious. I wouldn`t want to jeopardize what I`ve accomplished. "I got this call from my aunt to say my grandma had had a stroke. This news can cause a big worry to the fans of Ramleela star Ranveer Singh, as the actor, who is hospitalized in a suburban Mumbai hospital after being diagnosed with dengue, has shown no signs of improvement, even after being admitted for more than 60 hours.Ranveer is admitted to the Hinduja Surgical Health Care in Khar. Sources claim that the actor is currently put in isolation, and the doctors had even contemplated of shifting him to Intensive Care unit, but decided otherwise. "Ranveer's platelet count is not improving and he is experiencing excruciating pain in his bones and severe bouts of shivering. His parents are keeping vigil but they too are not allowed to meet him," said the sources. Singh, 28, contracted the disease when he was shooting in the coalmines of Durgapur, West Bengal. However, despite being unwell, he ignored it and continued shooting till the shoot’s wrap. And once he returned to Mumbai, he was diagnosed with an advanced stage of dengue. "He didn't pay much attention to it but if he was diagnosed two days earlier his condition may not have worsened the way it has," added the sources. Speaking of his alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone, it is learnt that she has not paid him any visit so far, as she is out of Mumbai. Sources said, "She is currently in Goa, busy shooting for Homi Adajania's film. But I guess she keeps herself updated about his condition."Get well soon, chap!

Not only, had the organizer to bear the financial load, but also criticism. Fashion designer Nitya Bajaj, who helmed the event, also confirmed the report. Her manager slated the event as per Elli’s dates. All was well till Nitya was informed, on the day of the event, that Elli was unwell and wouldn't be available. “The venue was booked, the press releases had been sent out. Nitya managed to push the show forward to December 6, but since the venue had to be re-booked, it doubled the cost of the show,” informed the source, adding that Elli didn't even inform Nitya in person about the change of plans. Nitya said, “Yes, because of Elli's health problems, I had to shift the show date and have suffered losses due to that.” However, a friend of Elli, who stood up for her informed sources that they sent message to organizers that she was unwell on December 3. “Without her consent, they committed to December 6th and an ill Elli flew to Delhi and fulfilled her commitment,” he said.Elli also added, “I attended the show and did whatever was asked of me despite my ill health.”
