Shoojit Sircar and Ronnie Lahiri’s new production, under their banner Rising Sun Films, Running Shaadi.com has just gone on the floors in Amritsar. Directed by first-timer Amit Roy, the film stars Amit Sadh and Taapsee Pannu in the lead and will be primarily shot in Punjab.Co-produced by Crouching Tiger Motion Pictures, Running Shaadi.com is a youth romantic comedy centered around this website which helps people elope and get married. Delving deep into the minds of India’s young, especially in the smaller towns, the film is intelligently entertaining with an array of endearing characters.Debutant Director Amit Roy has previously worked as a cinematographer for filmmakers like Ram Gopal Varma (Sarkar) and Rohan Sippy (Dum Maaro Dum). Running Shaadi.com will be his first venture as a Director. The film's leading man, Amit Sadh, who has been a rage on television, had a successful switch to the big screen earlier this year with Kai Po Che. He will romance Taapsee Pannu, who is already a big name down South and was the cynosure of all eyes in David Dhawan's remake of Chashme Baddoor recently.Having made two back-to-back hits like Vicky Donor and Madras Cafe, Shoojit is now supporting new directors to realise their dreams under his banner.“Amit Roy is a friend for many years so when he came to me with this script, I thought it was very interesting and a sweet love story which we decided to produce under our banner, Rising Sun Films. Let me start admitting here about Naked Harbour (Vousaari) not being an Artsy film at all. To some point, the film surely follows the lines and impact of Alejandro González Iñárritu's Babel (2007) and Paul Haggis Crash (2004). Aku Louhimies Naked Harbour features an interesting yet strong emotional theme of intersecting characters and plot-lines.The film follows inside-out look of 8 stories and their characters who is an American visiting the city on business, A junkie couple struggling to pay off a thug, A 16 year old girl who will go to any length for fame, a bullied Russian immigrant boy, a couple whose marriage is falling apart, a schoolboy whose only friend is his dog, A father who projects his body issues onto his teenage son, and a young single mother undergoing chemotherapy.Every character is undergoing some form of problems and non-acceptance in his/her life.  And at times the film is genuinely heart-breaking, particularly the story-lines dealing with children.The only story which was not convincing enough according to me was of the American who is on a business tour in the city. Yes there is a heavy amount of sex in the film but it's dealt in a convincing way. All the stories and performances in the film are outstanding. The story that really hit me to tears was about the Mother-Daughter relationship where the mother is undergoing chemotherapy, The 16 year old girl who wants just one shot to fame and the schoolboy and his only best friend which is a Dog.Prolific Film maker Aku Louhimies has extracted wonderful performances from all the actors and have presented a film that questions your inner soul at times. The Background Score, Production Values, Camera Work and Editing rises the top position while you are watching this beautiful journey of Finland and its people.Naked Harbour (Vuosaari) is not a film that should be missed. The film is surely a film that will make you discuss on a longer period of time even after you have left the auditorium. Two Thumbs Up for this Aku Louhimies masterpiece!

Hrithik Roshan, who plays superhero Krrish in the famous film franchisee, says that a superhero lies within everyone."I have always strived to imbibe good qualities and values from all the characters I have essayed through the years. It has been a constant search, a mission to grow into a stronger and better human being. The values that define Krrish have had the biggest impact on my life," says Hrithik, who will be seen in Rakesh Roshan’s directorial Krrish 3. The actor adds, "A superhero uses all his powers to serve others. He believes that life is less about you and more about the people who love you... these are qualities I live by. Any one of us can find that superhero inside of us. Anyone can choose to be a superhero once we recognise the values he lives by. All we have to do is decide. I keep his symbol to remind me of those values, to remind me in times of despair that I can overcome anything. This symbol has empowered me to rise each time and create the greatest story ever told."
