Buying property in metro city like Mumbai is not an easy deal to seal. Many successful and rich actors, like Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Sonakshi Sinha among many have been house-hunting for a longest time, but in vain. All has been unsuccessful in finding an appropriate property.Bollywood’s one of the richest couples, Saif Ali Khan, the nawab of Pataudi, along with superstar wife Kareena Kapoor always wanted to live in a see-facing bungalow. Recently, the couple has bought four floors in a Bandra building, but Bebo admits, “Saif and I would have loved to build or buy a bungalow. We even looked for one before we settled on our current address. However, there aren't bungalows that met with our taste.”Apart from the couple, there is list of actors who are craving for their own space in the most crowded city of the nation. It is said that Mumbai, whose landscape now resembles Shanghai, is growing vertically and with each passing day, the bungalows are fast disappearing into the metamorphosing skyline.Bollywood style icon Priyanka Chopra is looking for a sea-facing bungalow in the stretch between Bandra and Juhu for almost two years but she hasn’t found any yet. Even Katrina Kaif, who has been recording cash at box-office, got failed to find her dream property. On the other hand, Sonam Kapoor is happy that her father Anil Kapoor is not tempted to raze their bungalow to the ground and bring in a high rise instead, at least just as yet. Shatrughan Sinha’s darling daughter Sonakshi Sinha fails to understand why her parents have demolished their bungalow Ramayan to convert it into a tall building. Salman Khan has reportedly acquired a huge property in the suburbs.

The R...Rajkumar team unveiled the first ever custom comic for a Bollywood film at the Reliance Digital Store in Mumbai today. Producer Viki Rajani, director Prabhu Dheva and the lead pair- Sonakshi Sinha and Shahid Kapoor - who looked all excited to present the fun-filled comic of their upcoming film, were present at the event.The storyline of the comic has been shortlisted from the entries sent by enthusiastic fans across the nation. The winners not only got the once-in-a-lifetime chance to feature in the comics, but were also invited and introduced at the launch.Talking about R...Rajkumar’s custom comic, producer Viki Rajani said "Movie marketing continues to become more innovative and with this film, we have attempted initiatives to reach across all mediums. I'm happy to have the first ever custom comic book for R...Rajkumar which involved direct participation by fans and showed their keen response and enthusiasm".Shahid and Sonakshi, ecstatic with the response the songs of the film have been receiving, said that they were eagerly looking forward to the release of the film. Shahid also danced to Gandi Baat, much to the delight of the crowd present at the event. Excited to feature in the comic for the first time, Sonakshi said "My brothers would always be reading comics and I would never be allowed to touch them. Now I'm featuring in an R…Rajkumar custom comic. I am going to take a copy home and show it to them.”R...Rajkumar is produced by Sunil Lulla of Eros International and Viki Rajani of Next gen films. Directed by Prabhu Dheva, this film is scheduled to hit cinemas on the 6th of December.

Veteran actress Shabana Azmi and her work would be honored at prestigious River To River film festival in Florence on November 22, 2013. She will be bestowed by Pegasus of the Region Tuscany Award by Cristina Scaletti, Tuscany's regional councilor of culture at the opening day of the fest.Other personalities and their films like Shyam Benegal’s Ankur, Mahesh Bhatt’s Arth, Vinay Shukla’s Godmother and Deepa Mehta’s Fire will also screen. Last year the River To River festival held a retrospective of Amitabh Bachchan's films.The 63-year-old actress said the Pegasus honour is big because when a state recognizes you, it's very heartening. “I'm honoured and humbled and grateful to the writers and directors who cast me in challenging roles. After Anil Kapoor, who looks vivaciously outstanding in his mustaches that is a kind of his USP, Bollywood have found its second actor in Ranveer Singh who has just rocked the nation with his masculine mustache looks, dons for his upcoming film Ram Leela. Recently Deepika Padukone, his co-star of the film, was asked whether it was odd for her to kiss a man (Ranveer) with a moustache. To which the long lass replied, “I have on issues kissing Ranveer with his mustaches.” It seems like not only Deepika and other bollywood celebs are going gaga over Ranveer’s classis look, but even Ranveer himself fond of his mustaches that he puts on for his character Ram in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus.Speaking about his character, the Band Baja Baaraat actor said, “The character of Ram is quite close to Ranveer in real life. And I just love my moustache. To play Ram in the film, I did a lot of hard work, including long hours of workout, learning Gujarati and growing this moustache.”Ranveer has been sporting his well-waxed handle bar mustache look ever since he began shooting for Ram-Leela, and the actor is rather fond of it. “Since I'm done with the movie now, and soon I will be beginning to shoot for a new film, mujhe apni moochh mundhwana padega. Kyonki meri next film agle 10 din me shuru hone wali hai.”Further Ranveer talked, Deepika, whom his is allegedly to be dating these days. He said, “I have learnt a lot from her. She is the one who taught me never to have expectations. If our expectations are not fulfilled, we get disappointed. So, it is better to not have any expectations in life.
