B-town actor Akshaye Khanna is the latest victim of fraudulent investment schemes, as buzz states that he has been duped of Rs. 50 lakh after he was insured of quick return from an investment scheme in the commodity market.All of this was confirmed by a police official on Sunday, as the complaint has been filed at the Malabar Hill police station. "Yes, a complaint was registered at our police station on Friday evening by Akshaye Khanna's lawyer. The current status is that the crime branch is investigating the case. Once we get any update, we can speak on that," senior inspector Vinay Bagade told media. For those unaware, Akshay has filed the complaint against Satyabrata Chakravarty and his wife Sona, president and director, respectively, of Intech Images Private Ltd, who are the prime accused of duping him of Rs. 50 lakh, after promising him that they would double it in 45 days after investing it in the commodity market. Akshaye is elder son of veteran actor Vinod Khanna, and his brother Rahul Khanna is also quite active in the film industry, Akshaye has been seen in films like Taal, Dil Chahta Hai, Humraaz, Hulchul and Gandhi, My Father. His last release was Gali Gali Chor Hai!

DAR Motion Pictures has come up with the most versatile production house, and its latest release The Lunchbox, in collaboration with UTV and Dharma Productions did good business at the box-office.Its upcoming projects are Mickey Virus, Ugly, etc. Arun Rangachari from the production house says "Our content strategy is genre and demographic agnostic, and is driven by a core philosophy to bring high-quality content to a cross-section of Indian audiences. Buzz has that Priyanka, who has a dream to live in sea-facing bungalow, is looking out for property in Bandra to fulfill her dream.According to the sources, “Priyanka is eyeing properties at prime locations like Khar and Bandra, a favourite with celebrities.” The actress had earlier said, “I want a sea-facing bungalow in Bandra. But there aren't any.” Nonetheless, her hunt continues. It seems property investments have lured Bollywood celebrities these days as recently Kangana Ranaut has bought a flat in Bandra, and reportedly Hrithik Roshan is also looking to buy property. “Hrithik is looking at residential areas and will take a call soon,” revealed sources.Priyanka Chopra mainly belongs to Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior.
