Amitabh Bachchan, who in the past has produced movies such as Bbuddah... Hoga Terra Baap, Paa, Family — Ties of Blood, etc, under his production company Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Ltd (ABCL), now has plans to produce Sudhir Mishra’s film, which stars him as the lead.

Star-actor Saif Ali Khan is someone who has made his mark in Bollywood without belonging to any camp, and has managed to maintain steady relationship with each and every actor of the industry. Recently he gave the title of his film Yaariyan to T-Series head-honcho Bhushan Kumar.This shows that the actor very well knows the value of good relations. While speaking about the same recently, Divya Khosla Kumar said that it was really kind of Saif to give away his title. "When Bhushan heard the script, he thought Yaariyan would be the apt title for the film but when we checked the title was registered with Saif Ali Khan's company. Bhushan spoke to him and without charging anything, he gave us the title free of cost. That's really generous of him," said Divya.For those unaware, the film, which stars newcomers, will release on January 10. As of now Divya is looking forward to promote the film on TV reality show Bigg Boss Saath-7, which is hosted by superstar Salman Khan. "I know Salman and he is close to Bhushan. I am happy we are going to Bigg Boss to promote the film," she said.The happy actress-turned-director Divya also didn’t forget to credit her hubby Bhushan, without whom she says that the film wouldn’t have been possible. Bhushan is the head of T-Series. "Without him, it was not possible. His support was incredible and the title was also suggested by him," she said.Best wishes for the film!

Happily married to producer Cash Warren, actress Jessica Alba finds the former best hubby in the world. Alba, 32 says that it wouldn’t have been possible for her to juggle with her film career, eco-friendly baby products line, new lifestyle book and also raising daughters Honor-five, and Haven, two, had not her hubby supported her."Cash is the best husband in the world. I would not have been able to keep my company going and do the book if I didn`t have him there for me and help with the children. He is always very considerate and understanding of who I am and my goals. We complement each other very well," said Alba.At the same time, the couple also manages to make some time for each other as they feel it is really necessary for a marriage to work. "We make sure we have enough time to be together where we can shut out the world. My parents are always coming over so Cash and I can go out on the town or I will make a special dinner for us."Those are the moments that are special and important when you`re a couple raising young children together and so much of your time revolves around getting your kids dressed, feeding them, getting them ready for school and into bed. Miss Lovely marks the first release for Easel, the brainchild of distribution executive Abhishek Gautam and filmmakers Bikramjit Gupta, Atanu Mukherjee and Pooja Gupte. Veteran distributor Sunny Khanna is in with Easel and Eagle to release Miss Lovely, according to Screen Daily.“We hope to release across 200-300 screens,” said Abhishek Gautam. “As a team we want to focus on distributing independent cinema in India.” The company will also release Sangee Thongdok’s Crossing Bridges, made in the north-east Indian dialect of Sherdukpen, that premiered at Mumbai Film Festival.Meanwhile, former IFC Films executive Ryan Werner and distribution agency Required Viewing are working on the US release of Miss Lovely, which is scheduled for March 2014. Cinetic Media’s FilmBuff is handling digital distribution for North America.Miss Lovely premiered at Cannes in Un Certain Regard in 2012 and won best film in the India Gold competition at last year’s Mumbai Film Festival. Fortissimo Films sold the film to France’s Ad Vitam in Cannes 2012.

After the failure of his directorial debut Aryan, filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor made successful comeback in direction with the release of Rock On!, with which Farhan Akhtar also made his acting-singing debut. The film was produced by Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production company Excel Entertainment.
