    It is clear that the media could have a negative effect on the youth. According to this online source entitled "What Effect Does Media Have on Youth," the media could come with potential health problems for younger people. And with a lot of skinny celebrities and models in the media spotlight, it gives people a misconception that being skinny is synonymous to being beautiful.
