Good tutorial, thanks for sharing. If you are in search of a tool that allows exporting your score and using sounds and VSTs of your DAW, I definitely recommend using ScanScore https://scan-score.com/en/. It is perfect for this purpose. Moreover, the app offers much more great features. I'm sure, you will like it.

Compression Basics in Logic Pro 9, this dude is nice with his skills and knowledge, definitely follow him and subscribe, be very careful on who you take your education from, it's not all reliable.
I would like for everyone to research Jack Joseph Puig if you can, if you know about JJ Puig, you know your stuff. I have JJ Puig's analog legends bundle plug-ins, they definitely make a difference and make your sounds sound way better then face value. This is one person you definite;y want to follow to learn how to become a true Master at mastering your sound.

Download BPM Counter Widget for Mac free. Measure BPM (Beats Per Minute) and taps - widget.
Its very helpful to find the BPM/Tempo of any song you want, by tapping it out. Logic's built in auto BPM detector is not accurate most of the time, the best way to find the tempo of any song to me is to tap the BPM out yourself.
This goes with the tutorial I posted before this one, about chopping samples, each video has what each other's missing, they go great together. I do serious research for everything I do, and I don't mind sharing the knowledge one bit.
This nice young gentleman shared the easiest way to chop your samples on Logic Pro 9, this will definitely take your music making to another level, just remember not to keep any sample at face value, make it an art, and slice the sample like a samurai.
