CoRubrics (en) - 0 views

  •
"CoRubrics, an add-on for Google Sheets helps teachers in the assessment process. It is used to assess students (or groups of students) with a rubric designed by the teacher and also allows students to assess other students (coevaluation). CoRubrics automates the entire process. First, teachers design the rubric they want to use in Google Sheets, then they add the students' names and their email address. (These can be imported from Google Classroom). Once this is done, the add-on will: Create a Google Form with the contents of the rubric. Send the form to the students by email or simply provide the link to the teacher. Process the data once the form is filled out (by the students or by the teacher). Finally, send the results to the students (each student receives only their results) with a personalized comment. In addition, CoRubrics allows: Insert comments when answered. Allow Co-evaluation, self-assessment and teacher assessment with one link."

FlipQuiz | Gameshow-style Quiz Boards for Educators - 0 views

  •
"FlipQuiz was created to provide educators with a quick way to create gameshow-style boards for test reviews in the classroom. Traditionally, these are created (tediously) using posterboard, chalkboards, or dry-erase markers on an overhead slide. The review questions are usually even written on a separate sheet of paper. With FlipQuiz, questions are displayed on-screen and boards are saved for later use. Combined with a well-designed board, students are more likely to be interested and stay engaged with an otherwise disjunct test review process."

Five key strategies to get/keep kids engaged at school - 0 views

  •
"What does student engagement look like? I have received this question from teachers in a number of different forms. Often the words "apathetic" or "unmotivated" are used in place of "disengaged." But the point is the same. Many of us have had students in the classroom whose stubborn lack of interest or motivation threatens to undermine the positive learning environment we've tried to create. How do we turn this around?"
