  •
Some lucky customers in Germany began receiving their iPhone 4S pre-orders yesterday - 3 days before the device is set to launch. However, they're not the only ones getting it early. Verizon customers in the U.S. are, too.

Findings Turns Your Ebook Highlights Into Shared Reading Libraries - 0 views

  •
As an eReader owner, I find this very interesting. On an eReader, you can highlight sections of a passage in an eBook and it will save it for future reference. Now, Findings, a social corporation, has turned into "an online destination where readers can collect, share, discuss, and discover such highlights from eBooks and web texts," which basically means that you can now share your highlights with the world on Findings. Not very impressive, I know, but for an eReader owner, it is useful. You can look up someone else's saved passages from a book you don't even own, so there's a way this technology can help you out in this world - save a couple dollars.

A Decade On, Windows XP Is Still the World's Most-Used Desktop OS - 0 views

  •
Live long and prosper, Windows XP. After 10 years, yes, 10 YEARS, Windows XP is still the world's most-used desktop OS. Hindered by the 9/11 attacks, the October 25, 2011 release date did not produce the results Windows was looking for. Once it got big, though, it surpassed all others for longevity, and continues on today.

Nokia unveils Purity HD Stereo Headset with a little help from Monster - 0 views

  •
Nokia has come out with their very own Stereo Headphones. They almost look like "Beats by Dr.Dre" but they do have their own look. In my opinion the headphones look really cool.

And with the newer version you can watch movies. For just a slim and 32 gigs of storgae its pretty amazing and way better then carrying around a computer.

The First Interesting Looking BlackBerry Isn't Even Made by RIM [BlackBerry] - 0 views

  •
A new look for BlackBerry but without RIM? You could do the same amount of things that you can do with your BlackBerry now but its just without RIM. It also has a lot of different features too. With a stainless steel face, leather back, a feeling of tenuous superiority. It also has exclusive BBM pin. So in the end it seems okay with just some minor changes.

Apple Hdtv stories - Gizmodo - 0 views

Apple is actually thinking of coming out with their own HDTV. Since Apple doesn't really use buttons, there TV will have self-function. Which means that you can simply tell the TV to change the channel and soon enough your on a different channel. Amazing, right? I think this TV is actually one of the coolest inventions that Apple has made.

The Future of the Web Needs to Include the Past | Webmonkey | Wired.com - 0 views

  •
Although new web browsers are running much faster than they did a few years ago, web evangelist, John Allsopp, suggests people slow down their technology for a little while. He says there is still a large group of people who do not have advanced technology at home to keep up with these new ways. What he is basacally saying is that the advanced world should take a break and wait for everyone -- even those who have trouble affording it -- to survive.

well they just keep coming out with surprises don't they, Nokia just came out with a prototype of another smartphone, it is like any other smartphone, except that this one is flexible, how are they supposed to make a phone out of rubber or plastic or something. this may make it harder to break, but i wouldn't care about that, if I could I would just buy it to freak people out.

BlackBerry Porsche P'9981 Unveiled In Dubai | TechCrunch - 1 views

  •
Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to the BlackBerry Porsche P'9981 - the ugliest BlackBerry I've seen in years. Unveiled at RIM and Porsche Design's Dubai event, the new BlackBerry Porsche is clad in equal parts stainless steel and leather. While the device's shell has gotten quite the facelift, the internals aren't a far cry from the standard: it sports a 1GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video, and an NFC chip.
