Firstly, the Supreme Court refused to take up a plea, filed by him seeking protection from arrest in a probe related to INX Media case. The bench termed his plea "infructuous" (meaning unnecessary) as he has already been arrested by CBI. Secondly, his petition challenging his CBI custody wasn't listed for the hearing, either.
