CyberL@b is been piloted in Costa Rican schools at this moment. The content of CyberL@b supports the syllabus of Costa Rican Ministry of Education.

There are many things that are able to be accomplished throughout the development of the new techniques. For example how to keep in touch with our students and to program different activities in a course. All of this encourages students to never stop practicing what is definitely a process. If they feel the communication doesn´t stop, they feel happy and free to produce more and more each time.

In this paragraph we might observe three things left out of Web 2.0 that in a certain moment may influence the practice and the responsibilities it may bring with them. The outline of each tension ends with suggestions for one or more researchable questions that naturally follow. With this we are only adding some particular issues that will in one way or another limit the strategic discoveries of this new technological way of communication. Further on, some limitations may impose certain morality issues that may limit any further development as well as oppose to many business negotiations that will be directly affected with this.
