I know a few people have expressed interest in a more robust teacher observation system. This might be a good start for a small group of people interested in prototyping something.

I'd love to make it a goal to have our students add a project product they can be proud of to their e-portfolios in Canvas every trimester. 

How does one set priorities? I think this is probably one of the biggest skills that gets overlooked in most curriculum. Is there a way for us to explicitly teach this to our kids?

I would really love to make this a school-wide 'thing' for getting stuff done. Have everything just shut down for 25 minutes for a Pomodoro - awesome.

I'd be on board with that, how do we generate some momentum. I've used this myself and with a few students in the past for tutoring and it works really well.
