Remediation has influenced digital writing because it causes students to rethink how their words are perceived by others. It also influences students to produce media like web pages.

This page pretty much resumes and gives an quickly explanation of what Bolter's article is about and gives some examples to get a better understanding of the issue.

I know the supplied reading was not linked, but I found this and I am pretty sure it is the same thing...or roughly close to it!

I really like how this article ties directly to new media, which connects to what we learn in class everyday. It makes me interested in the book that is being reviewed.
