This is the URL to my application supporting The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien for our second project...this is just a draft. I look forward to all of your feedback! I used Diigo to share it because for some reason this particular application builder was making it difficult to share on Wordpress, so I am making this work.

"New media technology is any type of application meant to transfer information via digital techniques, computerized systems or data networks." This site describes new media technology.

A website that specializes in media design. I found it relevant and useful because it is real life application of what we are learning about and shows that people need specialists to get a certain emotion or point across. 

This image shows how line thickness and darkness can create depth in a two dimensional piece of art and make it appear to be three-dimensional. Looking at real world applications of how lines can be used really helps me understand that material more.

This is a personal application of what we read about in the chapter about Texture. There are many different texture packs used in the game of Minecraft to help the player feel more connected with the world they want to create.

This short presentation gave a concise, real world definition and application of rhetoric. The examples in this video were especially effective.

WORDPRESS. This website shows you how to make your own wordpress theme using an application called Lubith. This seems like it's a really cool and useful tool in conjunction with wordpress.

A neat little video that connects persuasive writing to the many advertisements all around the world today and the key tips to be successful in persuading an audience. The audience of this video is evidently college students just like us.
