Due to the heighted security on the border patrol, there has been numerous amounts of innocent people killed. Due to the tension, patrol officers are shooting and killing people who aren't trying to come over to the United States.

This makes me sad. Was it really necessary for that boy to be shot so many times? I understand that border patrol officers have an important job to do and they have the right to defend themselves when rocks are being thrown at them, but to shoot someone 11 times? According to the article the boy was shot 7 times in the back, more than likely while attempting to flee. I do not understand why a man who has his hands restrained behind his back would need to be tazered. These actions are not reasonable or necessary.

Article on search and seizure/racial profiling, not just in Arizona, but what about the rest of the country. US immigration officials are doing this all over the country under the guise of border patrol. Is it fair?

I defiantly disagree with both of these laws. I don't think it is right that a cop can pull someone over just to make sure they are legal. I also think in order to be allowed to handle a gun people should go through safety classes.

I think there should be a little more added to both these laws. If you want to search someone regardless of race, gender, religion or whatever you should need probable cause. Also I think if you are going to handle any type of weapon you should have some background with weapons handling; maybe off free weapons safety classes at public ranges?

This is Ted Cruz's plan to stop the flood of illegal immigrants crossing the Mexico/America border. He is going to build a wall that actually works and up the number of patrol agents. He is also going to hold the DHS to do their job and keep our borders secure and us safe.

I really do not believe it is immigrants who are making our country bad, what makes our country bad is the ignorance people throw out there with most believing that they "know" everything.
