This is a great article pointing out the fact that if racism is in all races. People think because we are white we don't understand racism. It doesn't take a skin color to under stand ignorance and racism is ignorance. Racism is in all races no matter the skin color or gender or even  sexual preference.

More and more employers are starting to make your personal Facebook information apart of the process in getting a job. The fact that there is personal information such as religion or sexual preferences may sway the employer to discriminate against a potential employee by making decisions based on the information.
