This is a real life court case and an example of how ones 4th amendment rights were violated.

This article talks on a new ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court. In the past, if two occupants lived legally in the same house, it was required for an officer to have a warrant and permission from BOTH of the residents before being able to enter. Even if one person said yes and the other said no, the officer would not be able to enter. Now, if an officer has the, "ok" from at least one of the occupants, they can enter with just their approval.

This article is very useful for looking more closely at what it takes for a voter law to be considered unconstitutional and the steps it takes for that law to be appealed. This article talks about the Texas law that put harder restrictions on voter ID laws and how a Supreme Court judge ruled that the law was unconstitutional.
