Should bullying be a crime? When a girl from Massachusetts killed herself over a bully contoversy arose. She hasn't been the only teen to committ suicide because of bullying. Making someone committ suicide should not be taken lightly. Words are powerful and to a young teenager bullying and torment takes a huge toll on them. So if bullying comes a crime should someone get 6 months, a year, five years?

Takes about some of the feelings of the bullied vicitim and what they actually feel like. It discusses the bullies and what the consquences it has on them from continuous bullying and then goes into details about the witness and how they feel seeing bullying being taken place. This article is about a young boy in fifth grade named Jaheem. He was getting bullied by his classmates they called him gay, virgin. His mother Bermudez new she had to stop this torture that her son was going through. She talked to the school several times but never got the actual help for her son. The day he committed suicide was one of the happiest days for him, he had got great scores on his report card he smiled at his mother with such joy. The mother would have never thought she would ever see her own son hung by his own belt in his closet.

During the week of October 19-25 human resource has made it an important week to stop bullying that can be from name calling to sexual harrassment. Many employees have obviously felt isolated and made fun by other employees making it a difficult environment to work in.

Very good article, I am not sure its really a personal freedom, but I really enjoyed reading the article about schools preparing for the anti-bullying curriculum and talks about the Dignity for All Students Act, and this act is not just about the internet , but text messaging as well.

This article tells of the new bill to stop bad language and any annoying harassment on the internet. Some argue using bad language is their right, others just prefer not to be harassed online with inapropriate language.

This article explains what cyberbullying is. Cyberbullying is when a child or preteen is tormented through technological means. Cyberbullying is not a one time thing and usually ends in a death threat or causing serious bodily harm. When school's try to get involved for disciplining they might get sued for violating the student's free speech rights.
