This article explains what cyberbullying is. Cyberbullying is when a child or preteen is tormented through technological means. Cyberbullying is not a one time thing and usually ends in a death threat or causing serious bodily harm. When school's try to get involved for disciplining they might get sued for violating the student's free speech rights.

Very good article, I am not sure its really a personal freedom, but I really enjoyed reading the article about schools preparing for the anti-bullying curriculum and talks about the Dignity for All Students Act, and this act is not just about the internet , but text messaging as well.

The article discuss bullying, what it is and also talks about cyberbullying and what it is and how schools today are trying to prevent it.

After the overwhelming increase in cyber bullying, states are trying to figure out acceptable punishment. Protesters believe that their freedom of speech should be protected in cyber bullying and that being bullied is apart of life. The schools are trying to educate their students so the fatalities of cyber bullying can be prevented.
