I feel like this would be very good to use as a resource in my classroom. As a middle school math teacher, I will be using a lot of algebra in my class. This would be a very helpful site to use as practice or review. Rather than having students bring their books home to complete their homework, they could just log into the site and complete the problems.

My reasons for choosing this website are based on three simple points. One, it is a website that offers a lot or resources, not only lesson plans but themes, tips, worksheets ect. My second reason for choosing this website is not only does it offer a lot of tools a teacher can use, but it gives other sites-for information as well. For example, if you search Special Education in the tool bar it will give you options where you can read about disorders and disabilities, it also gives you the possibility to join groups such as, Special Education Support Groups. My last reason for choosing this website is because-it is HUGE. This website seems to be endless, in a very great way! It's kind of like Skype but it's more for educational use. Some of the games have animation that flows with the background music with it. This shows how art can be used to follow or show music in a visual form. This is a really neat site, and it complements my lesson plan well. Under working out punnett square examples, there is an interactive quiz, where students can keeping choosing answers until they find the right one. There are quizzes for both monohybrid and dyhybrid crosses. Also, under the punnett square calculator, students can choose mono or dihybrid gametes to cross. The F1 generation appears. After doing an in-class lab on punnett squares, it could be fun for students to play around with this calculator to compare their results with what the calculator actually gets.
