    cute duck! here is the write up from Free Technology site: Duck Duck Go is a search engine designed with clarity and simplicity in mind. One of the ways that clarity and simplicity stands out is when you enter a search term that can have multiple meanings, Duck Duck Go alerts you to that and asks you what you really want to search for. For example, if you enter the search term "duck," Duck Duck Go will tell you that "duck" could be a noun or a verb. (see the screen capture below) Duck Duck Go also provides brief information summaries when you search for topics. This is handy if you're not really looking for a lot of information about a topic, but are just in need of a quick synopsis of a topic.

A public library cannot pass on copyright compliance to anyone, nor can anyone else except Movie Licensing USA or the studios themselves do so. If you borrow movies from a public library for student entertainment, such as After School programs in an unlicensed school, you are not only violating copyright law but you are also involving the public library in non-compliance.

Students could work in pairs and check each other’s work or you could provide answer sheets for self-checking.

    this site is really cool - it has activities designed to integrate technology into lessons for a miriad of subjects, most activities suggested and typed up by teachers themselves. i would imagine most technology involves the texas instruments calculator which has undergone a significant revolution in the past few years. nonetheless, i look forward to researching this further to be able to add more information for you all!
