This is a simple English version of Wikipedia, designed for reading about technical subjects that the reader is not an expert in. This is a great resource for students who might get bogged down in all the technical jargon of regular wikipedia articles dealing with science and so forth.

This was my website that I created for teaching biology at Frick. It's pretty basic, but it served it's purpose. Several of my students said it was helpful. Most of the links should still work, not sure if they all do though.

One of the BEST resources for school students, the ability to request books, magazines, CDs, videos and so forth delivered to your local library, for free! There are even downloadable E-books.
