This is a great tool for students learning a foreign language. I personally used it for 2 years in my Spanish class in high school and it helped me a lot! It's a great way for students to practice their conjugations. There is a suggested fee of $35; however, if your school truly cannot pay, you can send them a note saying so and can use the site. There is also a contact us page available for support. Graded activities and games available in Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Latin. This would probably be most effective if used with middle school to high school students in a foreign language class. It is very user friendly and the quality of the content is great. I think this site would be very appealing to students because it is simple and easy to use. I believe that it is an effective way to skill and drill while still being interesting.

This is a free, colorful, interactive, and user friendly website, which can be used in art class or a language arts class. The students can explore different paintings and look for clues as to what the theme might be, what different objects represented might symbolize and what not. At the end, the students are to use their imagination and write a story based on the painting. It is a great tool and it gets the students to analyze and think critically about art.

This is a free website that teachers can use in their math classroom. The website is for the students to practice mathematical concepts and it is very catchy, with great graphics, and it allows the students to create a free account and even name their character. As I said, this website is very user-friendly and it would attract a student with its colorful layout. Brain Nook is a virtual world which provides students with different scenarios that they have to resolve by answering mathematical and language arts questions. Great resource!
