This website is packed with math and science activities and includes alignment to state and national standards.

You may have seen this, but I thought this was great as a way to teach young elementary students internet safety.

This website is the Family Center on Technology and Disability. This is a great website that provides a lot of resources (family guides, a glossary, basic information, facts sheets, discussions, and more) about assistive technology and how AT can help children with disabilities.

I found this blog to be useful because it contained video and reading methods that are related to English or Reading. This blog contains helpful links to other websites and is simply formatted so that it is easy to read.

This is a behavior management tool, made FUN! Each student is a "monster" and you can create different classes. Choose or add your own behavior expectations to give immediate feedback to students on how they're doing. You really just gotta try it.

I had never heard of these guys until Mark brought them up in class. I had to check it out. Now I'm trying to see how we can integrate their songs at our school. I have even passed it on to my principal. It's right up his alley!

This fascinating documentary describes the complex and intricate craft of Tsujigahana - a traditional technique of decorating fabric. Since there were no instructions of how to recreate this age-old process, Kubota spent decades experimenting to form his own version of the method called Itchiku Tsujigahana.

Interactive math manipulatives that make math concepts come alive. Thinking Blocks teaches students how to model and solve math word problems. There is even a Thinking Blocks, Jr. which caters to 1st and 2nd grade students. Admittedly, Kathy recommended this website to me when I asked her for suggestions that might help my 4th grade daughter who was struggling with fractions. My daughter loves it! Thanks, Kathy!

I stumbled upon this site the other day and it looks really cool! It's a Disney site where students learn how to start a business. It provides good basic and the activity is interactive. You should really check it out!

This is one of my favorite ways to keep my "desktop" online organized. I can create quick links to any web-pages I access on a regular basis through symbaloo, and also customize it to look how I want! I like keeping my frequently accessed tools (youtube, wordreference, edmodo) in pink and then sites I still would like to check out in black. This is really useful!
