    Welcome back to BlackBeltHelp's monthly product updates! In our quest to provide you with the best-in-industry student engagement products and services, we are continuously innovating and upgrading our technology! This has been another busy and exciting month of new client implementations along with our product enhancements. Here is a rundown of the updates and features that you can now take advantage of. All of this is carefully curated to further streamline the processes and help you get the most out of our products with ease. Have a look! Simplify Admin Panel: We are in the beginning stages of implementing Multi-Factor Authentication for users of the Admin Panel and the Advisor Desktop (the completion of this will be released in the next Sprint) Simplify Chatbot: Conversation History Filters: We have added filters for admin users to search through conversation history quickly.

  • According to researchers, young people are motivated to learn from their peers, as well as adults, online. The Internet provides new kinds of public spaces for youth to interact and receive feedback from one another. This may be different from how students are often asked to learn in schools.
  • In a cautionary note to parents, the study indicates that most youth are not taking full advantage of the learning opportunities of the Internet. While most youth use the Internet socially, they may overlook learning opportunities. Serious learning opportunities are abundant online in such subjects as astronomy, history, creative writing, and foreign languages. Youth can connect with people in different locations and of different ages who share their interests, making it possible follow pursuits that might not be popular or valued with their local peer groups.
