Great online tool for students to check spelling and use a thesaurus feature. Reads words out loud if needed, and will find words that are spelling "close enough".

Goes along with my last bookmark for the Wordle.net site. Other ideas to incorporate the easy-to-use website in the classroom.

Wordle is a toy for generating "word clouds" from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text.

Site to make word "art". I have used this in the revision process for writers who are redundant in their word choice; the more frequently a word is entered, the larger it appears on the finished project. Students can copy and paste their document into the website for this effect.
