I liked this blog post especially for the explanation of the 7 design principles for a CoP. I know most of what we've been reading says that CoPs should be managed as little as possible by outside entities (like administration) I've found that there are some things that need a bit of tending to for a CoP to be productive. We don't always know how to facilitate the ongoing conversations and I gained some ideas from this article on how to keep things interesting and fresh.
