This is really helpful for me. I use photos in my classes all the time. I particularly like the Picishare site. The search results are interesting; not always what I'd expect, but a great adventure.

I found this useful in that I could see building on it as I presented how WE would use social media in OUR classroom when presenting to my students. It also made me hungry for different sources on the subject such as guidelines and theory. Off to search ...

This is a pretty cool app. I could see using this while at a concert. Some of the plug-ins offer some other options, like simultaneous searches, photo viewing, document viewing, which could be extremely useful. It really makes a phone call more interactive. My principal asked me to attend Apple's Summer Semester Session for Language Arts through iTunesU and it was great! I just received an email from them letting those who attended know that the session is now online for everyone to view. Above is the link for Language Arts but you can definitely search around to find the archives for the other subjects as well!
