  Hello, when I examine the documents related to this week, I realize that to learn something with two-way interaction you should be a part of learning community. In Carroll's (2000) article, I see an example related to learning community namely "a learning community in Tanaskee, Washington". Also, I wonder whether there is an institution to provide community learning in the world. While investigating this, I meet this link http://ikit.org/ and I want to share this with you.
