I had to smile when I saw this link come across my desk today (via a Diigo group I follow). What a coincidence (or fate?) This is one way Google docs could be used in your future classrooms and this is what our Rockingham students did in a very small way today. They started their journey as "Google Jockeys" by adding their own notes about the dscussion questions to the tutorial plan.
