Gosh! There has been so much of buzz to what will happen and when. Now, it has Finally Happened! MOZ implemented it's newly updated DA metric on March 5, 2019, as announced in Feb 2019. With the implementation of the Domain Authority 2.0 metric, MOZ clearly stated to consider this as a relative metric. DA 2.0 works on the machine learning based model. It provides predictive scores for domains. Higher the score, higher the chance to rank in Google SERP. But, this does not signify in any case that the Domain Authority is a ranking factor. Domain Authority is only used by one domain to outrank the other. Domain Authority works in correlation with the Search Rankings.
