NO NEW STRENGTH or MUSCLE AT ALL - 0 views

#1 Dream Body & Life on 26 Sep 13Getting SORE does NOT always mean you are making Muscle. If you are constantly changing your routine and constantly getting SORE, it is simply because you are starting all over again on a new routine that you have no foundation to build muscle on. Just like starting fresh when you haven't been working out. Then, if you change that routine, you "get SORE again" with another new routine. All it means is you "started all over again" with that routine. So you are just going round and round in circles, starting new routines all over again, and getting sore, but NOT making any new muscle. If you go BACK to the previous routine you were doing before, you will notice you are "right back where you left off"; with NO NEW STRENGTH or MUSCLE AT ALL.
