Is there anyway to create a filter on Diigo? In my district they are very strict about following CIPA compliance so no swearing/cyber bullying take place.
While students are monitored what prevents them from actually posting inappropriate things before they get taken down.
For example, you might have a student swearing in a forum or on a site review and it might go un-noticed for awhile before a teacher notices and removes. Or does everything have to be approved first before being posted online?
Someone did bring this topic up in our last conversation. Anyone know whether there is some existing technology that we can leverage? We haven't had time to look into yet. Thanks
(note: we will be rolling out a series of cool / simple apps to be independent / complementary of Diigo shortly. Stay tuned...)
