Here's another example of Mormonism using modern media.

Honda is producing a series of thought-provoking short documentaries on "various topics of interest to our global community". It's a refreshing alternative to regular advertising, in fact, I haven't seen a single ad in there telling you to buy their products.

The page on Modernism and Politics also has some interesting insights.

This sums up a lot of our progressive modern culture.

Apparently they do this every week.

I liked one of the comments made, "I have no dependence on media interaction, but I certainly revel in it. I feel priveliged to have the opportunity to have so much access to so much information. If it was taken away, certainly I would feel deprived. What if took away your kettle and made you boil your cup of tea in a saucepan? You'd be pretty miffed no doubt. It's all about what you're used to and the disruption to that routine."

It looks like the Internet might finally be breaking through the Chinese government.

This is an interesting phenomenon that I also chose to write about on my blog. There's still a lot that needs to be researched though.

The Church is also working to stay caught up in all the digital advancements we've had over the last few years. The site still isn't completely finished but once it is it will replace the current lds.org
