This article focuses on Trans Lifeline, a hotline for transgender people. This hotline is completely founded and run by other transgender people aiming to help those who feel lost. The weight of the Coronavirus pandemic has significantly increased the number of calls placed due to a number of fears among trans people.

I think it's awesome that there is a trans lifeline. With the amount of suicides and with the self harm rate increasing, there needs to be some thing for people to turn to that is more specialized in their needs.

I never knew that there was a hot line for transgender people but I think that it's an amazing idea.

This website is from the sex trafficking national hotline. It defines what sex trafficking means, and provides data to the issue here in the United States. It provides us with resources to help stop sex trafficking if you or someone you know is in danger.

Still undecided about my topic but I am leaning more toward sex trafficking so this website will be significant in my research. It's wonderful that they have sites out here that clearly show a phone number immediately when they get on the site. You never know how much this could help someone!

This topic is one that we can all agree needs to be stopped. Its awesome that the site offers advice on how to get involved available in many different languages to read.

The who, what, where, when, and why of human trafficking. Including a hotline to help prevent trafficking from occurring. The impact it has on our world. Its not limited to race gender or age but, all classes of individuals. An organization devoted to help this social injustice. (soroptimist)

So, sad that we live in a world where this happens. We should add to the list of human trafficking the children, new born children that are sold. I applaud the Soroptimist organization for wanting to help and reduce this type of slavery.

Men being victim to domestic violence against another woman, or possibly another man, has been laughed at by society for quite some time. The ability for men to come out and share their abuse stories or get away from an abusive relationship needs to be encouraged more. They don't need to always be tough and "man up", that is a very old fashioned way of thinking, and needs to be reviewed.

Human trafficking along with sex trafficking and labor trafficking is the action of transporting, providing or obtaining an individual with the purpose to engage in sex. Human trafficking exist because money that often considers drugs and weapons.
