Despite having aborting in the web address, this essay is about euthanasia and why this author views it as being wrong. His main reason for not supporting it is that he believes it would be used by people to be rid of their elderly or sick family members so they can instead spend money and time elsewhere.

A hot topic after the recent rise in mental health awareness is weather or not suicide should be legal/assisted. This author talks about terminally ill patients and, patients with chronic pain that has no relief. Should they be given the choice? How would we decide who gets to choose and who does not?
  •
this article shows us the debates of assisted suicide I the sense of someone being hospitalized and being medically treated but has chance of dying. the article shows us arguments of if the person that being hospitalized is in great pain or on the last stages of dying they have the right to ask for the plus to be pulled. now reading this article you feel in sense of who is right and who is wrong in the issue and if these patients should have that choice or not.

I like the view this article has because I don't necessarily agree or disagree with the death penalty. It's probably important to assess all the various sides to such a controversial issue.
  •
Wow! This is a topic I didn't even think of researching but is so interesting. You have definitely sparked my interest and I'm beginning to like this assignment more and more! Thank you for thinking outside the box!
  •
This article is very interesting! I don't know if i agree or disagree with people who are ill wanting to end their life or not.
  •
This website states the opinions of those who support physician assisted suicide as well as those who oppose it. This is a social justice issue because a patient who is very ill and suffering should have the right to physician assisted suicide.
  •
This is something only me and my close friends can really talk about! In my opinion i believe yes but maybe rules should be added like approval from the family or a doctors approval.
  •
I have also found this topic interesting and very controversial. I have to say I'm on the fence here because as a healthcare worker, I do see some very sad situations within patients and their families. However, if someone is so sick to where they would want to end their life it is hard to say if they're in the right mind to make a decision like that.
  •
Physician Assisted suicide should be treated like abortion from my prospective. It should be heavily considered and heavily regulated and substantial counseling should go into leading up to the event itself. One thing to consider if you refuse someone to go out on their own terms, is they may find another way which may not result in a peacful passing for them.
  •
I think that this topic of Physician-Assisted Suicide takes the topic of suicide that we find extremely tragic and makes it okay. This idea of allowing people the choice to die with the assistance of a physician is just as tragic as people committing suicide.
  •
I like this source because it shows both sides of the issue. Not to mention how much information has. I feel like I could spend all night reading this.
  •
I have never really looked into this topic and realized that it is an issue, so I love reading more about it.
  •
If someone is very ill and there is nothing that anyone can do to help they should have the right end there own lives. It's horrible having to live long days, suffering and waiting for your life to end.
